Keishun-in Temple is a sub-temple of Myoshin-ji Temple in Kyoto, and is famous for its beautiful gardens. Our bamboo room diffuser is made from lavish bamboo specially harvested from the lush bamboo that grows within this tranquil temple grounds.

The reeds (suction rods) are made by skilled bamboo artisans who have supported the history of Kyoto. Each reed is meticulously handcrafted to bring out the unique characteristics of the bamboo, and are no longer just accessories for the diffuser; they are works of art in themselves, known as "bamboo crafts," that add color to modern spaces.

The delicate fragrance reflects the scenery of each season and the pure presence of bamboo from a venerable temple. Simply placing it in your room will create a tranquil and elegant moment, as if you were standing in a Kyoto garden. Please enjoy this new fragrance that highlights the traditional craftsmanship.

Four Stories to Appreciate the Four Seasons — Seasonal Variations

To allow you to experience Kyoto's nature and history with all five senses, we have prepared different "bamboo craft shapes" and "scents" for each season. Enjoy the atmosphere of each season along with the skill of our artisans.

Spring: Cherry Blossoms
- Shape: Blooming cherry blossom petals are expressed using bamboo.
・Scent: A gentle and gorgeous cherry blossom scent that heralds the arrival of spring.

Summer: Pine
- Shape: Crafted with a dignified and timeless pine needle motif.
・Scent: A "Zen" scent that evokes deep silence and spirituality.

Autumn: Bamboo
-Shape: The refreshing, linear shape of the bamboo highlights the beauty of the material itself.
・Scent: A fresh and refreshing scent, like standing in a bamboo forest after the rain.

Winter: Mukai-tsuru
- Shape: The temple crest of Myoshinji Temple and Keishun-in Temple, the "facing cranes," has been reproduced using intricate bamboo craftsmanship.
